Welcome to the 2009 edition of the Municipal League. Rabbit Ray Miller here for another round of predictions. Last season the predictions had some accurate picks (New York Knights) many misses, and at least one abysmal flop (Fargo-Moorhead Twins). Of course, Rabbit Ray can’t account for the imperfections of the various general managers. If the predictions should cause some consternation, cheer up, it’s only a game. Besides, Roges Hornsby probably described winter without baseball the best. “People ask me what I do in winter when there’s no baseball. I’ll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.” Thank heaven for the Municipal League. First up, the AL East.
