I'll start it... Walk. Intentional walk. Error. Strikeout unsuccessfully fielded by catcher. Hit by pitch. Pitcher goes to mouth with hand (but isn't that a ball and thus a walk?)? Catcher interference?
Almost. Pitcher to the mouth is a ball which at worst results in a walk. Here it is: Walk, Error, Hit by a Pitch, Fielder’s Choice, Passed Ball on Third Strike, Catcher’s Interference, and Pinch Runner.
Google Search "Ways to get to First Base in Baseball" In Wiki there is one assertion of 23 different ways (some really lame, like being a pinch runner).

I knew of lots of ways to get to first base in high school, probably more than a dozen. Nowdays I'm lucky if I can find the stadium.
