Rookie Owner Andrew Spofford has announced the new face of his franchise - Lucky Lindy's. The Lindy's hope to soar out of the basement where the Twins have resided for the past three years. Owner Spofford cleaned house and has not uttered a gimmick team strategy - yet. Out is the entire roster with the exception of right fielder Vlad Guerrero.
The Lucky franchise from Little Falls has also rescinded its claim on Memorial Stadium and has acquired pitching haven Candlestick Park. One has to wonder if Gaylord Perry, Willie Mays and McCovey will soon follow.
